TERMS OF SERVICE
Using TickSure
Effective 9 October 2026 · Last updated 27 October 2026
1. The service
These terms apply to the TickSure service operated by Callum Grant trading as TickSure. TickSure provides tools for creating, scheduling, completing and storing business checklists, records and supporting evidence. TickSure is a record-keeping tool and does not replace professional, legal, regulatory, food-safety or health-and-safety advice.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials secure. Business owners and administrators are responsible for deciding who should have access and what permissions they receive, and for promptly removing access when it is no longer required. Please notify us if you suspect unauthorised account activity.
3. Your records and responsibilities
You retain ownership of the business records and content you create or upload. You remain responsible for the lawful collection of personal information through your tasks, the accuracy of your procedures and the decisions you make using TickSure. You must not use TickSure to store unlawful material or information you have no right to process.
4. Completed records
Completed records are intended to form part of a business audit trail. Features may restrict editing or preserve event history so that records remain reliable. You should not treat TickSure as your only copy of information where separate retention is required by law, contract or your own business-continuity arrangements.
5. Availability and changes
We aim to keep TickSure available and reliable, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Availability may be affected by planned maintenance, third-party outages or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We may improve, change or withdraw features where reasonably necessary and will avoid materially reducing paid functionality without reasonable notice where possible.
For more information on availability, planned maintenance and support, see our Service Level Agreement.
6. Payments
Where paid subscriptions or one-off purchases are active, current pricing and billing terms shown at checkout apply. Subscriptions may renew and be charged automatically according to the billing terms displayed before purchase. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. You remain responsible for applicable taxes and charges shown to you before purchase. If payment fails, we may request updated payment details and restrict paid features after reasonable notice.
7. Suspension and misuse
You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, share accounts improperly or copy or reverse engineer the software except where the law permits. TickSure and its licensors retain ownership of the software, branding and intellectual property; your subscription provides permission to use the service, not ownership of it. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect TickSure, other customers or third parties, or where there is serious misuse, security risk or non-payment.
8. Data protection
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Notice. Where TickSure processes business records on your behalf, you are generally the controller of that information and TickSure acts as your processor.
When we process personal data on behalf of business customers, please also see our Data Processing Agreement.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. TickSure is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate customer-configured procedures, unlawful use of the service or decisions made without appropriate professional advice. Customers remain responsible for meeting their own regulatory duties and checking that their procedures and records are appropriate. Nothing here limits statutory rights or liabilities that cannot legally be restricted.
10. Ending your use of TickSure
You may stop using TickSure or cancel an active subscription using the billing options available to your account or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges after the current paid billing period, unless the checkout terms state otherwise; it does not automatically refund charges already incurred. Please export any records you need while your account has access, where export tools are available. Some data may need to be retained for legitimate audit, legal, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes, as explained in our Privacy Notice.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service, law or business practices. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes affecting paid customers where practical. Continued use after changes take effect is subject to applicable law and your contractual rights.
Use of TickSure is also subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.
